Title: Bill G, you really need AC here as well
Today we have our second 2017 Friday from Sam 'not the TV guy' Donaldson. This time we are challenged with an add two letters to a two word phrase to create new and witty phrases, There is great symmetry with two adding the AC to the beginning of the first word and two added to the beginning of the second word. All the recipient words begin with the letter "C." The new phrases are amusing; my favorite being UMBILICAL ACCORD. The themers are two grid-spanners and two 14 letter fill with no reveal.
